TWO men carried out a knifepoint robbery on a teenager and stole his e-scooter in a Southampton park.

Police say that at about 7.30pm on Monday, September 7, an 18-year-old man was in Riverside Park with friends when he was approached by two people on a black Honda motorbike, registration LG64 OAP.

The passenger got off the bike and grabbed the victim, who was standing on his electric scooter. The robber then threatened the teenage victim with a knife before taking the scooter, putting it over his shoulder, and getting back on the motorbike.

The motorbike riders drove off towards Manor Farm Road, and police say the bike they used is stolen.

One of the men is described as being white, about five feet and 10 inches tall, and of a skinny build.

He was wearing blue denim jeans, a glossy black puffer coat, and a black moped helmet with a black visor.

The second man was described as being white, about six feet tall, and of an average build. He was wearing blue jeans, a matte black puffer coat, and a black moped helmet.

A Hampshire Constabulary spokeswoman said: "Were you in the area at the time? Did you witness anything?

"Do you recognise the descriptions of the males and/or the motorbike? Perhaps you were driving through and caught them on dashcam?
