UPDATE: The road has now reopened
DELAYS are building on the M27 as a lane has been blocked by a broken down vehicle.
The incident has occurred on the Eastbound carriageway between Junction 5 for Eastleigh and Junction 7 for Hedge End.
Delays are building from the Eastleigh junction.
