A food store in Eastleigh has raised over £1,300 for charity.
The Co-op store on Fair Oak Road have been raising money for mental health charity, Mind, through several events including an in-store raffle, a jumble sale that they did outside the store, as well as taking part in the Bishopstoke summer village sale.
The main event the staff took part in was a sponsored walk from the store, following the Itchen Navigation, to the top of St Catherines Hill which is an 8 mile journey.
The walk took place on September 12 and the staff managed to raise £1,358.
The staff continue to fundraise for the charity and have several events planned in future to keep supporting their local community.
