A MAN died after reportedly being electrocuted at Hinton Admiral railway station in Christchurch last night.
British Transport Police and paramedics rushed to the scene shortly before midnight on Tuesday.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
A spokesperson for BTP said: “Officers were called to Hinton Admiral station at 11.48pm on Tuesday, September 15, following reports of an injured male who was found to have sustained injuries consistent with electrocution.
“Paramedics also attended but the male was sadly pronounced dead.
“The incident is not being treated as suspicious.”
South Western Railway reported disruption between Bournemouth and Brockenhurst while emergency services dealt with an incident.
The operator said disruption ended at around 2am.
