A MAN who failed to reveal the driver of a car after it was involved in an alleged offence has been fined £800.
Tyler Bryan failed to reveal the identity of the driver of a BMW following an incident in Winchester on Christmas Eve last year.
Te 28-year-old, of Highcroft Green, Maidstone, admitted the offence when he appeared before Portsmouth Magistrates Court.
He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge.
Bryan was also givensix points on his licence.
