Officers raided two properties in Totton last night.
The operation was to target "the supply of controlled drugs".
Both raids yielded "positive searches" and enquiries will be ongoing, according to police.
A post on the Totton Police Facebook page said: "Officers from Totton and other departments of Hampshire Constabulary have this evening conducted an operation to target the supply of controlled drugs in Totton
"Two addresses have been searched as a result of information and intelligence gathered by local officers.
