NOTHING proves people are not taking Covid-19 seriously more than the last scramble for social entertainment that happens before cities and towns go back into local lockdown.
How many people are infected in the crowded clubs and bars as people take no notice at all of social distancing many not wearing masks.
If there are to be local lockdowns, the government should say “as from now this town or area is in lockdown” because giving people warning means one more opportunity for the virus to spread extensively, which defeats the object of the lockdown.
