A SOUTHAMPTON pub is set to reopen after it closed following a coronavirus scare.
The Dancing Man Brewery (DMB) at Town Quay announced on Thursday that it had shut temporarily due to what it described as "unforeseen circumstances".
It was then later confirmed that the closure was related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
A staff member was tested for the virus but this returned a negative result, and the pub is now reopening on Monday.
A pub statement says: "Our team member has been given the all clear with a negative Covid result.
"On Monday 28th September at 4pm, DMB will open its doors once again.
"On Boris orders we shall now close at 10pm every night and we have new restaurant opening times 5-8pm.
"We are incredibly relieved that our team member is safe and well and we are looking forward to seeing our customers again.
"We are overwhelmed with the messages of love and support from all over the world and wish to thank everyone for their continued support."
