A DOG has been rescued from a house fire.
Firefighters have rescued a dog after a fire broke out at a home in Lamberhurst Close tonight.
The blaze was sparked by an unattended pan with a neighbour calling the emergency services at 5.39pm.
Two engines from Hightown Fire Station raced to the scene.
All persons were accounted for, according to Hampshire Fire and Rescue Services.
The stop message came in at 6.12pm.
