ONE must wonder whether any of the ‘Boris Buffoons’ including architects of doom Vallance, Whitty, Hancock, Harding, Harries and several other professors, like Van Tam and Ferguson, have read and understood the NHS constitution and handbook, available to download from the government website Gov.uk.
This sets out what patients can expect and what staff and clinicians are supposed to do.
As far as I am aware the NHS has not changed into the National Coronavirus Service and the NHS constitution still applies, so why Boris’ Buffoons have set the NHS aside without any consultation and made up their own agenda, ignoring what the NHS Constitution says, represents nothing but an unlawful misuse of power.
It is good that this government is being challenged about this and I do hope the challenge to the government succeeds.
