IT IS alarming that US President Donald Trump, First Lady Melania Trump and many of his staff have tested positive for coronavirus and are now in quarantine.
It shows how virulent coronavirus is.
In the past Mr Trump has been accused of playing down the impact of the pandemic in the USA.
Hopefully the president will now take the pandemic more seriously in the future and try to stem the spread of Covid 19 in his hard-hit country.
