Delays building on M27 after broken down vehicle blocks lane
UPDATE: The road has now been cleared.
DELAYS are building on the M27 after a lane was blocked by a broken down vehicle.
Lane 1 on the M27 has been blocked on the westbound carriageway between Junction 10, Fareham and Junction 9, Park Gate.
Short delays are building on approach.
