A SOCIALÂ enterprise has moved it's training sessions on disability awareness online.
Bascule Disability Training is based in Southampton and is a provider of disability awareness, developing and delivering training programmes across schools, universities, and businesses.
Since the start of the pandemic, the company have been unable to support the organisations it normally works with due to social distancing restrictions.
It is now launching it's digital programme on October 27, with workshops designed to inform people of the business benefits of making their organisations inclusive.
Chris Jay, Managing Director and wheelchair user for over 20 years, said: "There are 26 million people in the UK with disabilities and long-term health conditions therefore, during this pandemic, businesses must develop a stronger understanding of the individual needs of their staff."
