A CLEANING operative is one of just eight in the country to receive a customer service award.

Dawn Smith is a cleaning operative at Eastleigh's Swan Centre who has scooped the 'prestigious' Revo ACE Superstar Customer Service award which was presented on Wednesday, October 14.

She was one of only eight people around the country to receive the award after achieving 100% across two rounds of mystery shopping.

Dawn, who already has two ACE Star awards under her belt, was due to receive the award in March, but due to the pandemic, the presentation was delayed.

A certificate and a trophy was presented to her at the presentation by centre manager, Daniel Kitchen.
