ALMOST 10,000 positive coronavirus cases have been recorded in Hampshire.
Figures released by the government today reveal a further 194 cases across the county in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 9,967.
A further two deaths were also revealed today, one in Southampton and one in the Hampshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
Separate figures show there are 4,814 Covid-19 patients in hospital in England today, up from 3,225 a week ago, while 494 were in ventilation beds, up from 396 a week ago.

Hart: 12 (461)
Havant: 6 (555)
New Forest: 19 (810)
Portsmouth: 42 (1,145)
Rushmoor: 22 (867)
Southampton: 19 (1,468)
Test Valley: 9 (805)
Winchester: 16 (756)
