RESIDENTS in Fareham are being encouraged to get involved in UK Parliament week.
The annual festival is set to encourage more political engagement.
Fareham MP Suella Braverman hopes it will be an opportunity to look ahead at the next 10 years and think about what issues are important and how Parliament can bring change.
She said: “I warmly welcome and encourage the involvement of people across Fareham during UK Parliament Week 2020. It is important that voters and citizens of tomorrow understand how vital their participation is in our democracy, and I’m excited to see so many organisations and local groups taking part.”
Those who sign up will receive a free pack of resources which can be tailored to different organisations and schools.
It will take place between November 1 - 7.
