Man questioned by police after a man was seen on a bench in a churchyard with no clothes on
A MAN in his 60s has been questioned by police after a man was seen on a bench in a church yard with no clothes on.
Police appealed for information after the man was later seen on the same bench with his clothing on.
It is believed he may have been performing a lewd act under his clothing.
A CCTV appeal was launched after the incident on Saturday September 19 in St James Church in Christchurch Road.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said: "Following an image appeal, a Bournemouth man aged in his 60s has attended for a voluntary police interview and is assisting officers with their investigation. No arrests have been made."
