CHILDREN are being asked which play equipment they would like at their local play area.
Burridge play area, Sarisbury, is set to be upgraded as part of Fareham Borough Council's five-year improvement plan with work expected to begin in autumn 2021.
Parents are now being asked to go online and get the younger generation to vote on what they would like to see.
Youngsters are being asked to choose from a small toddler climbing unit, toddler playhouse, see-saw or springies.
They will also have the opportunity to give their comments and ideas as to how they would like to see the play area improved.
Executive Member for Leisure and Community, Councillor Sue Bell, said: “Play is such an important part of every child’s life, which is why I am encouraging children, along with their families, to get involved and tell us what equipment they’d like in the play area to help us improve it for everyone to enjoy.”
