A GOSPORT man who was found carrying amphetamines and stole razors has appeared before court.
Christopher Steven Richards was found carrying amphetamine - a central nervous system stimulant - in Portsmouth on January 12.
Amphetamine is a controlled Class B drug.
On March 7, the-39-year-old stole three packs of Gillette men's razors worth £24 from Superdrug on High Street Gosport.
Appearing at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty to one count of the possession of a Class B drug and one count of theft.
Richards, of Myria Way, Gosport, was fined £160 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32.
The amphetamine was forfeited under section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and destroyed.
