Fareham council launch public consultation for local plan
RESIDENTS have been asked for their views on how they want to see their area built up.
Fareham council have launched a public consultation to ask residents their views on the new local plan.
The plans show how the borough will be developed over the next 16 years.
The six week virtual exhibition runs until December 18.
It will run online due to coronavirus restrictions.
A proposed change in Government rules has meant the council has reduced the number of new homes being planned.
Fareham now only needs to build 403 homes a reduction from 520.
