A VEHICLE crashed into the M27 central reservation this morning.
A vehicle crashed on the M27 at around 7am blocking lane 3 of the eastbound carriageway.
The incident happened between J7 near Hedge End and J8 near Bursledon.
Despite earlier delays, traffic is now easing and the route has been cleared.
A police spokesperson said: "We were called at 7.12am today to reports of a single-vehicle collision on the M27 eastbound, between junctions 7 and 8.
"A car was in collision with the central reservation, no injuries were reported.
"A lane closure was put in place until the vehicle could be recovered. This should be clear now."
