A MAN caught drink driving for the third time in four years has been banned from the roads.
Joshua Michael Robinson was caught behind the wheel on Southampton Road, Eastleigh almost twice the legal limit.
The 26-year-old had 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the limit is 35 micrograms.
The incident on September 19 was his third conviction for driving with excess alcohol, according to court documents.
Robinson of Wessex Lane, Southampton was jailed for ten weeks, suspended for 12 months.
He has been banned from driving for 40 weeks and must pay £85 court cost and £128 victim surcharge.
