A Southampton primary school has confirmed two students have tested positive for COVID-19.
Shamblehurst Primary School in Hedge End sent a letter to parents and carers on Monday informing them that "some members of the school community" had tested positive for the virus.
Today Headteacher Anna Jones confirmed there had been one confirmed case in Year 3 and one in Year 6.
Ms Jones said: "I am pleased to confirm that the school remains open and any pupils who are self-isolating will continue their education at home, via remote learning."
Parents of children who have been "in close contact" with a student who has tested positive have been informed that their child must stay at home for 14 days.
The letter to parents stated that the school is continuing to monitor the situation and is working closely with Public Health England.
