A SECURITY guard transporting cash from a busy Southampton department store has been targeted in an alleged robbery.
The incident occurred outside The Range in Antelope Park between 12.30pm and 1.30pm on Thursday, Hampshire Constabulary says.
Officers investigating the incident have arrested two men, aged 25 and 29-years-old, on suspicion of robbery.
Both have been released with no further action.
Officers are now carrying out a number of enquiries in the area to establish the exact circumstances of what happened.
A police spokesperson said: "This incident happened in a busy area at a busy time of day and we know that many people will have witnessed the incident.
