Should Basingstoke be going into Tier 2 from next week?
Basingstoke will move into Tier 2 from next Thursday when England's national lockdown ends.
Before lockdown started on Thursday, November 5, Basingstoke and the county of Hampshire was in Tier 1.
However, the government has placed most of the county in Tier 2 (High Alert) as lockdown draws to a close next week.
In Tier 2, households still won't be able to mix indoors or without people in their support bubbles.
