KENNETH PETER LEWIS, 37, of Ash Close, Ashford. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer in Hedge End. Fined £80 and compensation of £50. Also ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £50 court costs.

CEZARY WARWASZ, 49, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to the possession of cannabis, the possession of a butterfly knife, and the possession of amphetamine in Southampton. Also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to court. Community order made and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

TIMOTHY PETER GALLOP, 61, of Gladstone Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing make sure the noise level at his premises did not reach a level that causes a statutory noise nuisance. Discharged conditionally for one year. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £185.

PAUL ANTHONY WARD, 59, of Laundry Road, Southampton. Failed to keep two dangerous dogs under proper control. Ordered to keep the two dogs - Akitas known as Kira and Bear - under control and ensure they do not stray from his home. Dogs must also be kept on a lead a muzzled when off the property. Also ordered to pay £300 court costs.

GEOFFREY JOHN HARRISON, 64, of Languard Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving with a licence and driving without insurance. Disqualified from driving for five years and handed community order. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 ad court costs of £85.

CLINT ANDREW DEGRUCHY, 37, of Northam Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the notification requirements within the terms of section 80 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003. Discharged conditionally for one year. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £21.

DOMINIC JOSEPH ANDREW CHAPPELL, 52, of Winterborne Clenston, Blanford. Pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of committing a crime in Winchester, and speeding on the M27 near Eastleigh. Fined £440. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £250.

RICHARD HRBERT, 22, of Plover Road, Totton. Pleaded guilty to sending a woman a malicious voicemail found to be grossly offensive. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £85.

SHARON RUSSELL, 45, of Leigh Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer. Community order made and ordered to pay £100 compensation.

MITCHELL JAMES COLLINS, 34, of Redcote Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of being in charge of a vehicle while under the influence of drugs and using a vehicle with no insurance. Disqualified from driving for 16 months and handed community order.

CHARMAINE EVELYN GARNER, 34, of Mansel Road East Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting an emergency worker and once count of using abusive and insulting words to cause distress. Handed community order and ordered to pay £100 compensation.

STEPHEN LESLIE MILLS, 44, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the notification requirements

within the terms of the Sexual Offences Act 2003. Fined £40.
