EMERGENCY services have closed Black Dam roundabout this morning after a crash.
A number of fire engines, ambulances and police cars were spotted rushing to the scene.
AA Roadwatch has reported that police are waiting for an air ambulance to attend.
The A339 Ringway East Westbound from M3 (Black Dam Roundabout) to A33 Reading Road is closed and traffic is building.
Delays are taking approximately 20 minutes or more between Black Dam Way and Gresley Road.
A police spokesperson said: "We were called at 8.57am by the Ambulance Service to an incident on the A339 Ringway East in Basingstoke.
"A vehicle has overturned and the Ambulance Service took an injured male to hospital.
"Road closures were put in place to recover the vehicle.
"No further details available at this time."
