UPDATE 3.15PM: The lorry has now been moved and all lanes have reopened.
A BROKEN down lorry is blocking two lanes of a Hampshire motorway and causing delays.
A car transporter has broken down on the M27 near Rownhams.

The lorry is blocking two lanes heading eastbound between junction 3 M271 and junction 4 M3.
Delays are building from junction 3.
