A Kingsclere man has pleaded not guilty to breaching a sexual offences order.
Maurice William John Fletcher, of Rose Hodson Court, is accused of having unsupervised contact with a child under the age of 18.
Fletcher is prohibited to having contact with children under the age of 18 under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
The 73-year-old man pleaded not guilty at a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, December 3.
He has been remanded on bail until April 23, 2021 where he will appear for a trial at Aldershot Magistrates’ Court.
