A THREE-vehicle crash is blocking a Hampshire motorway this morning.
One lane of the northbound M3 is blocked after an incident near to J13 at Eastleigh.
Three vehicles are said to have been involved in the incident and motorists are being warned of delays on approach.
There are also delays coming off the M27.
