A MOPED rider has been fined for riding in a motorway fast line.
Police spotted a moped rider in Lane 3 of the M3 between J11 and J12 near Chandler's Ford.
Officers reportedly safely removed the moped from the motorway and slapped the rider with a traffic offence report.
According to police the rider will be fined £100 and get three points on their licence.
