A DISQUALIFIED driver who had no insurance was caught driving without due care and attention on part of a Hampshire motorway.
Emanuil Herchi was caught driving a grey Audi A3 on the M27 westbound between Fareham and Bursledon on August 17 last year.
The 31-year-old was disqualified from driving, had no insurance, and the court heard how he was driving without due care and attention.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty to one count of driving while disqualified, one count of driving without insurance and one count of driving without due care and attention.
Herchi, of Church Lane, Bursledon, was ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for a furhter 18 months.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.
