A TOWN museum is asking residents to help shape its future through a public consultation.
Eastleigh Museum on Eastleigh's High Street, is run by One Community and the Hampshire Cultural Trust.
The museum has been "a mainstay of the community for the past few decades" and is now looking to update its "look and feel", collections and services.
To do this, the museum is running a workshop on January 13 where members of the public can have their say on what they'd like to see.
A museum spokesperson said: "Eastleigh is changing and growing and the museum is also looking towards its future.
"With younger families moving to the area, and a greater focus on town-wide events and cultural activities, the museum knows that it needs to update its look and feel, but also its collections and services so that it continues to play a central role for the people of Eastleigh."
