A DRINK driver caught o the roads with no licence or insurance has been ordered to carry out community service.

Jazmin Burton was caught drink driving on Preston Road in Weymouth on September 18 last year.

The 27-year-old was found to have 91 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

She was also found to have no drivers licence and no insurance.

Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, she pleaded guilty to one count of drink driving, one count of driving without a licence and one count of driving without insurance.

Burton, of Montague Walk, Bishops Waltham, was disqualified from driving for 23 months and ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.

She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.
