A FURTHER 22 new coronavirus deaths have been recorded across Hampshire in the last 24 hours.
Figures published by NHS England at 2pm today (January 11) have revealed that a further 22 coronavirus patients have died in 24 hours.
This brings the county's overall total up to 1,082 deaths since the start of the pandemic in March.
A further nine deaths were recorded at Portsmouth Hospitals Trust in the last 24 hours, bringing the Trust's total up to 501.
At Hampshire Hospitals Trust, eight more deaths were recorded in 24 hours, bringing the total number up to 273 deaths.
At University Hospital Southampton, there were five new deaths recorded bringing to total to 278 deaths since the start of the pandemic.
Three more deaths were recorded at Southern Health Trust, which has now seen 29 deaths.
No other deaths were recorded at any of the county's other Trusts.
Solent NHS Trust remains at 4 deaths.
