AT A time when people are not happy and it's easy to find much to complain of I would like to say a big thank you to all vaccination centre staff.
My mum has now had her two vaccinations at St Peter's surgery in Woolston and both times we were greeted by happy, helpful staff and volunteers.
Mum is nearly 101 and can't walk far but a wheelchair was quickly found and we were whisked through.
Even sweeties for the 'patients' were provided.
Very well done and a massive thank you for being there.
