ALMOST 1,300 new coronavirus cases have been recorded in Hampshire in the last 24 hours.
Public Health England figures - as recorded on the Government website at 4.50pm today (January 12) - show that 1,292 more people have tested positive for the virus in a 24 hour period.
Below are the confirmed cases by local authority on January 12:
Basingstoke and Deane: 103 (5,332 in total since start of pandemic)
East Hampshire: 49 (3,393)
Eastleigh: 63 (3,653)
Fareham: 93 (3,469)
Gosport: 58 (2,413)
Hart: 59 (3,078)
Havant: 112 (5,084)
New Forest: 83 (3,978)
Portsmouth: 221 (9,751)
Rushmoor: 126 (5,394)
Southampton: 195 (9,156)
Test Valley: 70 (3,348)
Winchester: 60 (3,562)
