MORE than 1,300 new coronavirus cases have been recorded in Hampshire in the last 24 hours.
Public Health England figures - as recorded on the Government website at 4.30pm today (January 13) - show that 1,311 more people have tested positive for the virus in a 24 hour period.
Across Hampshire, there has been a total of 62,922 positive tests since the start of the pandemic in March 2020 - approximately 4.57 per cent of the county's population.
Below are the confirmed cases by local authority on January 13:
- Basingstoke and Deane: 149 (5,481 in total since start of pandemic)
- East Hampshire: 62 (3,544)
- Eastleigh: 88 (3,741)
- Fareham: 53 (3,522)
- Gosport: 43 (2,456)
- Hart: 48 (3,126)
- Havant: 103 (5,187)
- New Forest: 116 (4,094)
- Portsmouth: 204 (9,955)
- Rushmoor: 97 (5,491)
- Southampton: 203 (9,359)
- Test Valley: 84 (3,432)
- Winchester: 61 (3,625)
