SIOBAHN CHARLOTTE RAYNER, 40, of Picwick Close, Totton. Pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of failing to provide the identification of a BMW driver to police. Driving record endorsed with six points and fined £660. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85.

IAN DAVID RUSSELL, 53, of East Dean Road, Lockery. Pleaded guilty to two counts of speeding. Driving record endorsed with six points and fined £200. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

LYNDSEY SHARIFA SAUDAN, 39, of Pauletts Lane, Calmore. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and handed community order. Also fined £75 and ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

LEE ANTHONY THORNE, 46, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage and one count of failing to comply with the terms of the Sexual Offences Act 2003. Committed to prison for eight weeks and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128.

RUSSELL MILES, 43, of Beechwood Avenue, New Milton. Pleaded guilty to one count of harassment. Fined £307. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

AMANDA JANE RODGERS, 46, of Cuckmere Lane, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to one count of theft. Fined £60. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

HARRY MARTIN KIMBER, 20, of Linford Road, Poulner. Pleaded guilty to the possession of 19 pills of MDMA. Fined £120 and pills forfeited and destroyed. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40.

SAUNDER DAVID PAIN, 54, of Player Court, Fordingbridge. Pleaded guilty to the possession of cannabis. Fined £120 and cannabis forfeited and destroyed. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £40.

BENJAMIN ALBERT ALEY, 30, of Mescott Meadows, Hedge End. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003. Fined £80. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40.

STUART JAMES OLIVER, 45, of Walnut Grove, Southampton. Failed to provide specimens of breath to police for analysis when suspected of having committed a driving offence. Fined £1,000 and disqualified from driving for 20 months.

SCOTT MICHAEL SPEAR, 34, of Oxford Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to theft. Fined £100 and compensation of £8. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £100.

PAUL ANDREW ROOKES, 40, of Meggeson Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to one count of driving without a licence and one count of driving without insurance. Disqualified from driving for six months and fined £80.

MALACHI TYRESE BATES, 18, of Mansergh Walk, Totton. Pleaded guilty to the theft of various alcohol and a packet of crisps. Fined £181 and compensation of £8.55.

KRZYSZTOF HEGENBARTH, 42, of Sutton Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to one count of drink driving and one count of failing to stop at a red light. Disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £484.
