SNOW could be about to hit parts of Hampshire as a yellow weather warning has been issued.

The Met Office says snow is expected between 3am and 8pm tomorrow.

It warns if heavy snow does hit the county, delays could hit public transport, commuters and other road users. Power cuts may occur and other services, such as mobile phone coverage, may be affected.

As the map shows, the areas covered within the warning are in the north of the county.
