A WINCHESTER motorcyclist was caught by police after he had taken cannabis.
Jordan Gibson, 21, was riding a Lexmoto 125cc bike on the A31 at Chilcomb on June 16 last year, a court heard.
Gibson, of St Mary Street, Stanmore, had a cannabis reading of 2.3µg/L above the legal limit of 2µg/L. He admitted the charge.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £57 with a £34 victim surcharge, £40 costs and a 12-month ban.
Charges of driving with no insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence were dropped after documents were produced.
