A CONVERTED coach house in a village high street is one of 101 properties to go under the hammer next month.

The two-bedroom cottage in Hamble's High Street, near one of the country’s most sought-after sailing centres, is being auctioned online with a freehold guide price of £270-290,000.

The Coach House overlooks the grounds of adjoining St Andrew’s Church.

It is among 101 lots catalogued in the first online auction of the year by regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson.

Rob Marchant, Hampshire auctioneer for Clive Emson, said: “Situated at the end of a private gravel drive, the Coach House has on-site parking and is considered ideal for owner occupation or a lettings investment, if not as a weekend retreat or holiday home close to the River Hamble.”

Also for sale is a two-bedroom, mid-terrace house at 9 Castle Street, Ludgershall, Andover with a guide price of £140,000-plus.

Bid timers end on Wednesday, 10th February, for Clive Emson’s auction, the first of eight in 2021 that are all being held online this year.
