POLICE are searching for a man following an assault that left the victim with facial injuries. 

Officers investigating an assault that happened on July 18 are searching for Steven Kavanagh.

Police would like to speak to him in connection with the incident, which took place on Gordon Road, Aldershot, and left a man in his 20s with injuries to his face. 

Officers arrested three men, two 26-year-olds and a 52-year-old, all from Aldershot, on suspicion of GBH with intent as part of the investigation.

 They have been released under investigation.

Now they are keen to speak with Kavanagh, 48, about the incident.

He is described as being white, around 6ft tall, of a broad build, and has short brown hair.

Officers are keen to speak with anyone who has any information on his whereabouts, what vehicle he drives, or anything else that may assist us to locate him.
