A CRACKDOWN on drug trafficking was underway at Southampton Central station last night.
Police officers and dog units were called in to target drug dealers passing through the city on Friday.
The operation involved officers from Hampshire Constabulary and British Transport Police.
A statement on the Southampton Cops Facebook page said: "Tackling County lines drug trafficking and protecting those vulnerable to exploitation is a priority in Southampton and indeed throughout the county.
"On Friday evening officers from the Southampton High Harm Team working in partnerships with colleagues from British Transport Police (BTP), Ministry of Defence Police and the Missing, exploited and trafficked team completed an operation at Southampton Central railway station.
"Despite the reduced footfall at the station, Police dog Ted with handler PC Morby were the star of the show making 10 positive finds."
