I read the letter from Malc Lovejoy 05.02.21.

It is very well to be a big fan of Saints.

It doesn't mean you know about football. Have you ever played football in a team?

Ralph doesn't have the players available at present because of injuries. A young player Alex Jankewitz makes a mistake and receives a red card.

What would you have done? Changed the whole team?

Alex was a midfielder and not a defender.

A manager has to react in a way it helps the team.

I remember my first game, we lost 20 - 0. I was the goalkeeper.

We learned our lesson and never lost with double figures again.

I coached under 18's, ladies and a third team over a few years.

Watching sport doesn't mean you understand coaching.

I followed Ralph Hasenhüttl when he managed Ingolstadt and Leipzig when l was living in Germany.

Criticism where it is due but know what you are talking about.

It is like having a driving licence but having no idea when the engine of your car is firing on three instead of four cylinders.

There are enough fans out there who appreciate what difficulties Saints are having at present.

If you are a real fan then join that group.
