RESIDENTS have been warned about a male who's been seen scamming people at a Covid-19 vaccine centre.
The individual, who is unknown, has been seen requesting payment for parking at the Colden Common Community Centre.
Parking is free at the centre which is currently being used to administer Covid-19 vaccines.
Police were made aware of the incidents through social media and have now put their own warning out.
A police statement said: "We have recently been made aware of rumours and social media posts in relation to an unknown male possibly taking advantage of people attending the Colden Common Community Centre for a Covid vaccination, by requesting payment for parking.
"Please be aware that parking is free of charge at the Community Centre and you will not be charged to park there."
