A HAMPSHIRE man who "made a hand gesture" at police officers was caught driving without insurance.
A Fareham man who reportedly made a hand gesture at passing police vehicle was pulled over near to Brockhurst Gate in Gosport.
Officers say the man was driving without insurance and can expect a £300 fine and six points on his licence.
He was reported for summons following the incident at the weekend.
