MORE than 210 new positive cases have been recorded in Hampshire over the last 24 hours.
Public Health England figures - as recorded on the Government website - show that, as of 4pm today, 213 more people have tested positive for the virus in a 24 hour period.
This brings the county's total to 87,184 cases since the start of the pandemic - around 6.33 per cent of Hampshire's population.
Yesterday, there were 256 new cases recorded.
Below are the confirmed cases by local authority in the 24 hours on February 22:
- Basingstoke and Deane: 23 (7,733 in total since start of pandemic)
- East Hampshire: 7 (4,659)
- Eastleigh: 21 (5,385)
- Fareham: 7 (4,942)
- Gosport: 12 (3,652)
- Hart: 10 (4,105)
- Havant: 19 (6,725)
- New Forest: 23 (5,831)
- Portsmouth: 27 (13,559)
- Rushmoor: 7 (7,509)
- Southampton: 37 (13,342)
- Test Valley: 16 (5,050)
- Winchester: 4 (4,692)
