The River Hamble
FIRE crews have gone to the aid of someone who is reported to be stuck in the mud on the banks of the River Hamble.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service has mobilised firefighters from Hightown and Redbridge, plus the water rescue team from Fareham.
The crews have arrived at a car park near the scene and are making their way down to the water.
The precise location of the incident - and the condition of the casualty - has yet to be confirmed.
