A SOUTHAMPTON man who breached a non-molestation order has been banned from entering a city street.
Hamid Beheshty-Zadeh breached a non-molestation order on January 29 by contacting a woman he was banned from speaking to.
The 38-year-old was banned from contacting the victim on January 26, but only two days later he breached the court order.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty.
Beheshty-Zadeh, Cranbury Avenue, Southampton, was handed a community order banning him from entering York Road for six months.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.
